With more than 13 years of Human Resources experience, the founder of Carnahan Workforce Solutions LLC brings a practical, people-focused approach to workforce and organizational support. Having lived in Southeast Iowa for over 27 years, she understands the value of strong community relationships, dependable partnerships, and cultivating workplaces where both businesses and employees can thrive.
Throughout her HR career, she has supported organizations across multiple industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and the financial sector. Her experience spans employee relations, workforce planning, conflict resolution, compliance guidance, performance management, training and development, recruiting support, workplace investigations, and organizational development.
Driven by a passion for helping businesses navigate today’s evolving workforce challenges, she founded Carnahan Workforce Solutions LLC in 2026 to provide customized HR solutions grounded in professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.
